Day 8 (30th Jan)

Breakfast:

tea with milk
2x crumpets with butter
clementine

tea with milk

Lunch:

home-made soup (ham hock, potato, parsnip, carrot, leek)
guava juice

Snacks:

mango and passionfruit yoghurt
blueberries
trail mix (with extra pumpkin seeds)

Dinner (out at pub):
tuna and cheese melt sandwich
chips
coke
